Do you cater? 

Here at Savannah Cupcake, we have the perfect treat for you and your guests.  Whether it’s just a few or more than a few hundred, we will create memorable cupcakes for the special events in your life, including weddings, bridal or baby showers, birthdays, receptions or other occasions.  For more information or to inquire about special event or large volume orders, please contact Savannah Cupcake at info@savannahcupcake.com

Regarding allergies, do you have nuts in your kitchen?

Savannah Cupcake is NOT a nut-free kitchen.  We recommend that customers with severe nut allergies refrain from eating our cupcakes.

Do you make mini cupcakes?

We do offer mini-cupcakes.  We require a purchase of at least 2 dozen minimum per flavor.  The cost for our delicious mini’s is $29/2 dozen.

How do I store my cupcakes?

We recommend storing and serving your cupcakes at room temperature if they will be consumed within 24 hours.  If you will be consuming the cupcakes 24 hours after your purchase, we recommend refrigerating them for up to 3 days or freezing them for up to 30 days after they are purchased. To thaw, leave at room temperature for about 3 hours before serving.

Do you customize orders?

We offer special icing colors for orders placed 48 hours in advance. Color options include blue, pink, purple, green or yellow frosting.

How do you prepare your cupcakes?

We use only the highest quality ingredients that result in a wonderful end result.  Real vanilla is key, along with fresh chocolates and cocoas, pure butter, fresh eggs and organic, local ingredients when possible.

Our cupcakes are baked in daily small batches from scratch and are hand-crafted from start to finish to ensure the maximum flavor.  We individually scoop each and every cupcake and all of our baked goods are hand frosted and hand decorated to ensure an end result that looks just as good as it tastes.  Every time.

Once I place my order, how do I get my cupcakes?

We do not yet have a store location, however, we’ll make it a “piece of cake” for you to get your confections!  We do require a 2 dozen minimum purchase and we’ll deliver your cupcakes to you at no extra cost in Washington, DC.  If you need your cupcakes outside DC’s borders, contact us and we’ll arrange a pick up location and time convenient to you.

How do I pay for my cupcakes?

We accept cash, credit and debit cards.  We regret that we are unable to accept checks.

Why do I have to order one flavor per dozen?  Can’t I mix and match?

This is to prevent us from wasting our batter since we are a small batch company.    All of our cupcakes and their frosting are made to order.  This little “rule” allows us to give each and every cupcake the detail and attention it deserves.  And that makes for a great dessert, which is what you deserve.
